Since 2014, Ouest Track Radio has established itself as a local associative radio project, emerged thanks to the initiative of Papas Production and supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.

Amplify cultural, social, sporting and civic initiatives in Le Havre and its surrounding areas.After years of exploring temporary FM frequencies and expressing itself as a web radio, it took a new step by becoming a permanent radio on October 1, 2019, by decision of ARCOM.
From now on, it broadcasts all year round in DAB+, the cutting-edge technology for broadcasting in digital quality.
